As a Valentine February special, sous-chef Luke Dellaway has devised the Spicy Love burger – a name which pays homage to his red chilli and dark chocolate creation. This amorous beauty consists of a red brioche bun, beef pattie, chilli con carne with a chilli and dark chocolate glaze, oak leaf lettuce, crispy fried onions, puffed bulgar wheat and a honey and yoghurt dressing.
The Spicy Love burger isn’t going to be short of admirers and be warned – it’s so tasty you won’t want to even give your valentine a bite of yours.
